It was business as usual. Arrived at location on time - 9:00 am. Another vehicle was ahead of me but my wait was not long. Once I was in that was it. Alex and his crew were very professional and courteous. It actually felt like I was part of a family. The team went above and beyond to repair my driver’s seat glass and also called to my attention the inspection sticker which was facing expiration. Alex diagnostic expertise prior inspection included additional work which would be necessary in the followed by a verbal quote.

I ask Alison to do a diagnostic of my son’s recently purchased used car. The outcome was negative—the car had to be junked-but I was hugely impressed by the service and advice I got at Alison—they were honest and above board on.
