Great hours of operations and will get your vehicle in the shop checked quicker than average timing. Lacks heavy in giving the best advice that will save you money (i.e: less than 900 miles to an oil change and they received a code for low oil. I know my car and had a feeling that was the issue, I was vocal about having 1 quart of oil in my car available. The mechanic put 2 quarts all I needed was 1 to reach oil change. Why didn't he use my oil or just tell me to put oil; better yet why didn't he just recommend an earlier oil change. He charged me the same price for an oil change to refill my oil levels.....) Do not go here if you know your car, do go here if you want to be swindled by mechanics.
Mr. Serrano, first things first let me just say, we value and respect you as a person before everything. This requires some clarification. When you came to us, it wasn't to check your fluid levels. You came in because you wanted to know why the check engine light was on. Initially, we found it was due to a timing chain correlation. Which (worst case scenario), could've been related to a failure in the engine. After finding it was low on oil, we called the dealership and were told it's normal for your car to eat 1 quart of oil per 2000 miles. So we put it in the air to check for external leaks, of which we found none. All of this took around 45 minutes. We charged you for 2 quarts of oil and .5 hours of labor, which came out to a total of $87.95. At that price and for that amount of time and consideration, I don't think it's fair for either of us to say you were swindled. Thank you for your understanding.
