Annual inspection was performed in a complete and timely manner, and certain fluids that were low were topped off. Solid service was conducted.

I took my car to two mechanics before Allison. Neither one could help me. My cousin recommended Alex at Allison. Alex was able to diagnose my transmission problem although the engine light wasn't on with codes. He test drove it with the computer diagnostics running and was able to identify the problem. He had it fixed quickly and found my brake problem, which I felt wasn't as important. He was able to fix that and give the car an oil change. I have an older model van, so finding parts wasn't so easy. My car was still ready the next day. I am handicapped and everyone was very accommodating to my needs. Thanks so much to everyone at Allison Auto center.

I trust Allison Auto with my car needs. Alex is very detailed and thorough, always going above and beyond to deliver exceptional service. This last visit, his technician recommended a fix to the power steering line leak, and he not only double checked to see how big the leak is, sent me a video and explained what needs to be done. Always calls to provide quotes. Prices are reasonable and the job is done well and on time. Followed COVID procedure (a huge plus). I used to go to the dealer or Mavis, but their honesty, trustworthiness and quality of service puts all others to shame.

I want to thank Alex and is team for doing thorough job diagnosing my cars issues. I brought in my car for an issue that I self diagnosed and Alex took his time to find out the real causes and repaired the necessary components, anyone else would’ve took my word for it along with my money and not repaired what was actually needed. I’m grateful for this shop and their honesty!
