I was visiting in the area and a problem developed with my Ford truck. ALL of the Ford dealers refused to help. Alex and his team stepped right up and did a super problem addressing my problem. If I lived here I would be a returning customer. Ford dealers could take a lesson from him. Second guessing my decision to buy Ford.
